100g 80% Organic Dark Chocolate
1 cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup Pure New Zealand Honey (slight influence here)
3 cups Organic Regular Rolled Oats
handfuls of raisins, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries or any other seeds/nuts to taste
- Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- Mix the peanut butter and honey over medium heat until runny.
- Roll the rolled oats, raisins and other seeds and nuts into the peanut butter and honey mixture.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Mix chocolate in thoroughly.
- Press into 9" x 13" pan and place in refrigerator.
- When completely cool (1-2 hours) cut into desired bar size. Makes 15-25 bars.
