A Surprise Party ... For Me!!!!!

I hope Mom and Dad don't get into the habit of keeping me in the dark, although I'm not sure they really knew what was going on either! I can open my eyes now though!!! All our Singapore friends threw us a CANIWI baby shower!! Thanks Auntie Keri-Lee, Auntie Julz, Auntie Alaine and especially Auntie Nicole for organizing such a great time for us! Oh yeah and of course Uncle Shawn for my first Meat Fest, apparently that's something I should get used to with the lads in Singapore.

I can't wait to share all the great story books and cookbooks that I was given with anyone who comes to visit me! I also got a cool quilt, organic diapers (I think that means we can dig the dirty ones into the plants at home), lots of new onesies (can you believe Dad didn't know what a onesie was ... BAHAHAHAHA), but it sounds like I may need a few onesies in case of a Poonami (can't wait to surprise the folks with the tsumani of ... well you can figure it out).

Looking forward to the Man's Shower on May 30th ... oh, wait a second, if Mom isn't going then how am ... darn. I guess I'll have to miss that one.

Thanks everyone!!!

Having a Ball Kiwi Style!

Mom and Dad had to wrestle over whether we went to the Maple Leaf Ball or the Aotearoa Ball. By this blog title and the table sign, guess who won!!!

Everyone there was a box of budgies, looked real flash, but talked kinda funny, calling me a little sprog who's going to need nappies soon!! Saying mom was up the duff! They were talking about bonnets and boots ... who has clothes on their car?!?!?! And everyone kept going to the "dunny", I told them I'm just getting started!! We ate courgette, pavlova, lamb, kiwifruit, toffee pops and pineapple lumps ... all I heard Dad say was, "Where's the Maple Syrup?" She'll be right.

Around midnight Mom was knackered and stuffed from me kicking her to go back to the dance floor (I think watching Dad dance made her a little randy).

Here's the crew (Dad's got me home and hosed)!

The evening was sweet-as, bro!

I'm Not A-scared of Heights!

Hey Mom (yeah, yeah Mum!)!
Hey Mom!

Check out the view!

I guess you're looking the same way I am, my view might be upside now now though. 165m in the air at the top of the Singapore Flyer ... weeeeeee!

Check out my real new house ... for the next 3 months anyway. Ha ha ... looks like mom ate a Big Mac ... or 7!

What else ... hmmm ... let's see. Mom's 34th birthday was on Saturday ... and I got prezzies ... go figure, Mom needs more birthdays! Thanks Nana and Poppa Robinson!

I spent most of my weekend lying on beds, no the folks weren't trying for a sibling for me, I hope they are smarter than that! We ended up making two big purchases! A nice new King size bed. Dad said Mom isn't allowed to sleep in it until I arrive because of some broken Niagara Falls or something. I didn't get it. I'm thinking with a matress cover, Mom will win out on that one! And the other flash new thang is a 42" flat screen! Dad thinks he's watching sports, I'll give him March Madness. Bring on Neopets and Sponge Bob!
